My boys are all growing up so fast, my oldest wanted to move out but has Tafe for a few more years nearby. We have a big yard and a I'd prefer him to still be close to home, so a granny flat was the ideal choice.

After looking around for what was possible, I found a decent design and layout with NSW Design + Build. And boy where they quick! The yard was cleared and it was up in a blink of an eye! I wouldn't mind living there myself such great quality workmanship, it making the front house look subpar!

I'm definately recommending you guys to everyone at work!
